Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) introduced the “new face” of CEW via its remodeled website. The new site is now easier to navigate and allows CEW members to utilize all of or the organization’s resources and benefits—everything from exclusive content to itscareer development tools.
Additionally, in the last 60 years, CEW has grown exponentially, currently serving over 6,000 members from 1,700 companies across all facets of the beauty industry. As such, the organization felt it was time to update and add more benefits and programs to increase the value of CEW membership as well. CEW also is celebrating the launch of an new resource, exclusively for CEW members, called CEW Member Connect.
Member Connect is the first-ever social media hub for CEW members, and it aims to change the way beauty industry members networks. Via Member Connect, members will have the ability to connect with 6,000+ industry professionals online in real time. Member Connect has three key features:
- Interactive directory—Directly connect one-on-one with other beauty professionals who are CEW members.
- Discussion group communities—Join communities to exchange ideas with CEW members who share similar interests.
- MentorMatch—A cross-company, online mentoring tool for the beauty industry.
